September racing update 21 Mile Race and Presidents Cup

It might feel like the summer is drawing to a close, but we have a couple of key club racing events schedules for September.

The 21 Mile race will take place on Sunday 6 September, starting at 9:30am and heading down with the tide either around Dovercourt Bay or to Pin Mill (depending on the conditions), before heading back to Wrabness to finish. We will also have the President's Cup Race take place on Saturday 12 September, rearranged from earlier in the year due to high winds. This event encourages participation from anything that floats Micros, Yachts, dinghies, canoes, SUPs all are welcome, and will race around a simple course, with results based on the best average lap time (adjusted for handicaps). The first start will be 12:15pm. Hopefully the weather will be more accommodating this time.
